It is the middle of the autumn and i cannot help but think of Summer.For all of you that have watched 500 days of Summer you either hated her or loved her.She is cute,sophisticated and cynical as hell.She is Summer Finn and she managed to bring the upside down in Tom Hansen's life.But no matter how she made you feel there is one fact that you cannot deny,this girl has one hell of a style. With her vintage-sophisticated look brings us back to 50s/60s and stands out in the most unique way.Oh Summer Finn is an inspiration from head to toes. She usually wears high waisted pants/shorts/skirts with shirts or tops and cute dresses.These looks are 40s/50s inspired and i think it’s is a combination of Marlene Dietrich’s sharp,classy style and Audrey Hepburn’s elegant yet casual one.Actually,even though she is dressed up in a more sophisticated way she adds little things such us bows or cute tops that lighten up her whole look. I love her retro hairstyle and her cute bangs and she usually puts on her hair bows and hair bands.Her natural make up enhance her beauty and fits perfectly her style.
Oh,i think it would be a waste not to mention even a few things about Zooey Deschanel not only because she portreys Summer but also because she is a really talented and stylish woman.She is an actress, musician, model, and singer-songwriter.Deschanel made her film debut in Mumford followed by her break out role as young protagonist William Miller's troubled older sister Anita in Cameron Crowe's 2000 semi autobiographical film Almost Famous. Deschanel soon became known for her deadpan supporting roles in films such as Elf (2003), The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (2005) and Failure to Launch (2006). She then began playing lead roles in films, including Yes Man (2008) and (500) Days of Summer (2009). In May 2007, singer/songwriter M. Ward, who had previously performed with Deschanel onstage, said that he was "just finishing work" on her debut album, which will feature songs written by Deschanel and produced by Ward.Fox reported that Deschanel and Ward were recording under the moniker She & Him, and that the album, titled Volume One.(bio info Wikipedia) Overall Zooey is a noticeable woman also due to her unique vintage style which is very similar to Summer's.One of the many things i love about her is that in every movie that she participates she always puts a little something of her personal style.

Well..she is blonde,she is thin,she says "wow" a lot.If u have ever watched the British drama Skins(Channel 4) it is impossible not to notice Cassie,not only due to her sweet and weird personality but also due to the unique style she possess.
Cassie is a very complex character and probably the one that can easily read other people.She is uber cute and dreamy but also a really tragic character that struggles daily with reality.What i love about her is the way that she can combine the classic vintage style with the childish one.Oh it is impossible not to fall in love with her instantly.
Playful funny t-shirts,high-waisted long skirts,lace,headbands,toys as accessorize,sailor dress,cute colorful socks,sparkling shoes and tights,t-bar flats,vintage-styled minidresses all these combine her eccentric sense of style.
I simply adore her colorful boy pants and the way she combines them with lace bras,her monkey necklace and off course her 80s white sunglasses that reminds me of Kurt Cobain's.
Cassie's long, wavy blonde hair usually have small braids and/or cute hairclips that are really bohemian.Her make up is fresh and natural,she mostly uses natural eyeshadow or retro red lipstick that brings us back to the 50s. What i found really interesting is that the actor Hannah Murray who portrays Cassie admits that she worn a lot of her things on the show.Hmmm as it seems suprizingly Hannah has a great style in reall life also.
All in all Cassie is love!She is definitely one of the most stylist fictional characters that represents so good and naturally a very unique style that fits her and doesn't seem fake at all.

I could't help it not to mention one of my favourite anime which of course is Kimi ni todoke.
STORY:
Sawako Kuronuma, called Sadako by her classmates for her resemblance to the character from The_Ring,has always been feared and misunderstood because of her appearance. There are rumors that Sawako can see ghosts and curse people. However, despite her appearances, she is a sweet and timid girl who longs to be able to make friends with everyone and be like everyone else. When her idol, popular boy Kazehaya, begins talking with her, everything changes. She finds herself in a new world, trying to make friends and talking to different people and she can't thank Kazehaya enough for giving her these opportunities. Slowly, but surely, a sweet love is blossoming between the two as they will overtake any circumstance or clear obstacles in their way.
What i really like about this anime is the romantic atmosphere that creates from the very beggining.The characters,the way they act and think and of course sweet Sawako captivates you immediately. Watching it was a beautiful experience cause gradually it takes you away from reality and presents you something different and endlessly cute at the same time.What is also unique it is how this story is so romantic but don't turns out to be a syrupy lovestory.
Anime is adapted from the homonym manga which is still ongoing by Shiina Karuho (she is also the author/artist ofStand by me,Hi Ga Kuretemo Aruiteru:The spring when i was fifteen,Koi Ni Ochiru,Aoi Futari,Crazy For You and more)The series was nominated for the first Manga Taisho Awards in 2008 and it won the best shojo manga award in the 32nd Annual Kodansha Manga awards the same year.
Moreover a live action adaptation of Kimi ni Todoke is to be released in Japanese theatres on September 25, 2010!Mikako Tabe and Haruma Miura will be the lead characters as Sawako and Kazehaya correspondingly and it will be directed by Naoto Kumazawa.Can't wait,hihi
Oh,i think it would be a waste not to mention Kazehaya since he is also my dream man.As I always say if i ever find someone like him i'm going to kidnap him,haha.This boy is gifted, charismatic,super popular and yet so kind and sweet.The way he treats Sawako when everybody else avoiding her is so touching.Of course his benevolent character may turn some people against him because they find him unrealistic and somehow boring.The truth is that although Kazehaya is the personalization of kindness that does not make him less "real" nor boring.The fact that he is so good does not mean that he is flawless.He has flaws and sometimes he is weak.All in all i found more boring and common the motive of "the bad guy turns good" rather than Kazehaya's.Well he should be a role model for all guys,duhh..if only he was real..
